The Rotterdam Open 2013 ( also European Tour 2013/14 - Event 2 ) was a snooker tournament in the Players Tour Championship 2013/14. It was held from 18 to 21 July 2013 Top Sport Centrum in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

It was the first PTC Tournament in Rotterdam.

In the final, Mark Williams sat down 4-3 against Mark Selby and won the title for the second time in a PTC tournament.
