Evgeni Bumagin

Yevgeny Vladimirovich Bumagin (in Russian Евгений Владимирович Бумагин; born April 7, 1982 in Belgorod, Russian SFSR ) is a Kazakh- Russian ice hockey player who stands since 2010 at Barys Astana in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Yevgeny Bumagin began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the HK Lada Togliatti, for the second team to 2000 he was active from 1998 in Perwaja League, the third Russian league. He was then in the eighth round selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2000 when a total of 260 players from the Detroit Red Wings, for which, however, he never played. Instead, the attacker then spent one season in each of the sub-prime Wysschaja League at ZSK WWS Samara, Penza and Disel Engine Barnaul. From 2003 to 2006, the Links Sniper stood in the Kazakhstan championship at Kasachmys Karaganda and the Wysschaja league on the ice, where he at HK Sibir Novosibirsk finished the season 2005/ 06, for the five games he scored a goal in the Russian Super League until end of season.

In the season 2006/ 07 Bumagin came for his former club HK Lada Togliatti in parallel in the third-class Perwaja League, and the Super Liga game. This was followed by one and a half years in the league Wysschaja at Barys Astana in Kazakhstan and Neftjanik Almetyevsk before he signed a contract with Metallurg Novokuznetsk signed during the season 2008/ 09, for which he was active in the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League since then. In 2010 he returned to Astana.

Internationally

For Bumagin Kazakhstan took part in the A- World Cup 2010, when he finished in 16th and last place thus with his team and suffered the immediate re- descent into Division 1. In the B- World Cup 2011 with his team, he managed to direct resurgence.
