Expreso Rojo

Expreso Rojo is a Colombian football club was established in 2000, currently based in Girardot and plays in the Categoría Primera B.

History

2003, the club played for the first time in the Categoría Primera B and wore its home games in Cartagena from. Two years later the club moved to Sincelejo, but returned in 2006 back to Cartagena. Since 2007 Expreso Rojo plays in Cundinamarca, first in Fusagasuga, from 2009, in Zipaquirá and again from 2011 to Fusagasuga and then in Soacha. In 2013 the club moved to after Facatativá 2014 to Girardot. The biggest success in club history was reaching the semi-finals of the Copa Colombia 2008, in the Expreso Roja eliminated against the first division club Once Caldas.

Stadium

Expreso Rojo is currently completing its home games at the Estadio Luis Antonio Duque in Girardot. The stadium has a capacity of 15,000 seats.
