Guinayangan, Quezon

Guinayangan is a Philippine municipality in the province of Quezon, in the administrative region IV, Calabarzon. It has 41 669 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 54 barangays. It is classified as a community of the third income class in the Philippines.

Guinayangan located at the head of the Gulf of Ragay, at the coast are smaller mangrove forests. Your neighboring municipalities are Lopez in the West Calauag the northwest, Buena Vista in the south and Tagkawayan in the Northeast. The topography of the city is characterized by flatlands, rolling hills and mountainous landscapes. On the Gebeiet of the community is the wildlife sanctuaries Maulawin Spring Protected Landscape and parts of the Lopez Watershed Forest Reserve.

Guinayangan has a traffic stop of the railway, in Barangay Aloneros. This connects the municipality with the Bicol region and the capital region of Metro Manila. The daily rail links operated by the Philippine National Railways.
