Gutach (Schwarzwaldbahn)

Gutach ( Black Forest Railway ) is a municipality at the Baden Black Forest Railway on the river Gutach in the middle of the Black Forest in Ortenaukreis. The official auxiliary Black Forest Railway carrying the municipality to distinguish Gutach, which is something im Breisgau further south in the county Emmen things. Together with the neighboring villages of Kirn Bach and Reichenbach Gutach is the home of Bollenhutes. This part of the local folk costume is now known worldwide as a symbol of the Black Forest.

History

By 1810 Gutach belonged to Württemberg. Traffic

As the name says, Gutach located on the Black Forest Railway between Triberg and Offenburg, the oldest mountain railway in Germany.
