Hohenwestedt-Land

The Office Hohenwestedt country was an office in Rendsburg -Eckernförde district in Schleswig -Holstein.

On January 1, 2012, teamed up with the offices Hanerau -Hademarschen and Aukrug and the community Hohenwestedt to the Official Mittelholstein. Covering an area of 136 km ² last lived approximately 6200 inhabitants in the municipalities:

History

The Office Hohenwestedt country was first formed in 1948 from eleven communities with about 3,200 residents. The merger of the offices Beringstedt and Hohenwestedt country took place in 1970.

From 1 January 2007, the administrative business of the Office were performed under an administrative community of the municipality Hohenwestedt.
