Hugh Binney

Thomas Hugh Binney ( born December 9, 1883 in Douglas, Isle of Man, † January 8, 1953 in Colchester, England ) was a British Admiral and Governor of Tasmania.

Life

After the War, Binney 1945 retired from military service and was established in December Governor of Tasmania. 1950 his term was extended. After being treated for inflammation of the gallbladder, he died in 1953 of a pulmonary embolism.
