Julian Walker

Julian Walker ( born September 10, 1986 in Bern ) is a Swiss ice hockey player who is under contract with HC Lugano of the National League A since September 2013.

Career

Julian Walker began his Karrier in the junior division of the SC Bern. His NLA debut was on 17 September 2004 against the Kloten Flyers He graduated a few games for the SC Langenthal in the National League in 2005 as Walker got his first professional contract with EHC Basel. On November 29, 2005 game against HC Lugano, he scored his first goal NLA. After the club relegated in 2008, he moved to HC Ambri -Piotta. In Ambri Walker belonged to one of the service providers and on the 2012/13 season he moved to Genève -Servette HC. Shortly before the start of the 2013/14 season Walker moved to Ticino for HC Lugano.

Internationally

Walker took for Switzerland participate in the Under-18 Junior World Championship 2004 Division I in which he and his team achieved promotion to the top division. In 2005 and 2006 he took part in the U20 World Junior Championships.

At the World Cup in 2013 Walker was the first time part of the A - Team and won the silver medal.
