Kelly Rowland
Kelly Rowland ( born February 11, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia as Kelendria Trene Rowland ) is an American R & B singer, songwriter and actress. She is best known as a member of the girl group Destiny 's Child.

Life
Youth
Rowland was born in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia, the second child of lone Doris Lovett Rowland. She has an older brother named Orlando. After several moves they finally spent much of her childhood in the home of her good friend Beyoncé Knowles in Houston, Texas, after she had joined at the age of ten years of dancing and singing band Girls Tyme. Over the years, succeeded Rowland and her bandmates, through numerous appearances in shopping malls or in talent and Gesangswettberben ( including the TV format Star Search ) to draw attention to themselves at the local level. As a recording contract with Elektra Records was imminent, they changed the name of the group, which consisted henceforth of Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson, Destiny 's Child.

At the peak of their careers, two of the four members of the group dissolved. End of 1999, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson left the band due to disagreements with the manager Mathew Knowles. Destiny's Child Then took on two new members: Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin. The latter left the band due to internal problems again after only six months, Destiny 's Child remained as a trio.

On 11 June 2005, the band finally announced their final separation during their world tour in Barcelona / Spain. In 2012, the band started making a comeback.
Solo career
Your first success as Solointerpretin Rowland landed in the summer of 2002 with the song dilemma, a collaboration with rapper Nelly. The first single is Ice with Lil Wayne. The video has also been released. Besides, the new single Kisses Down Low was released. This single was also placed in the U.S. singles chart. On May 28, 2013 Dirty Laundry was released as the next single. The next single from the album is the common song with Wiz Khalifa Gone.
