Kluisbergen is a Belgian municipality located in the Flemish region with 6446 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012). The community consists of four districts Berchem, Kwaremont, Ruien and Zulzeke. It lies on the right ( eastern ) bank of the Scheldt. To the south, the wooded and up to 141 meter high ridge of Kluisberge, which is a popular tourist destination.
Location
Oudenaarde is located 11 kilometers (km ) northeast of Kortrijk, 16 km west, 33 km north of Ghent and Brussels, about 62 km to the east.
Traffic
The next highway exits are located west in Deerlijk and Waregem at the A14/E17.
In Ronse, Anzegem - Vichte, Oudenaarde and Kortrijk are the next regional stations in Ghent and also keep on regional express trains.
