Niederheimbach

Niederheimbach is a municipality in the district Mainz -Bingen, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the community association Rhein-Nahe, which has its headquarters in the town of Bingen am Rhein. Niederheimbach is a nationally recognized tourist.

Since 2002 Niederheimbach is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley.

Geography

Niederheimbach is between Koblenz and Bingen directly on the Middle Rhine, just a little north-west of the Rhine knee. History
