Rob Rensenbrink

Rob Rensenbrink ( born July 3, 1947 in Amsterdam; actually Pieter Robert Rensenbrink ) is a former Dutch football player.

Rensenbrink was one of the best left winger in the 1970s. He was each runner-up at the World Cup in 1974 and the World Cup 1978. At the European Championship 1976, he was with the Netherlands third. He scored a total of 14 goals in 46 internationals.

Association

Rensenbrink was born in Amsterdam and started his footballing career at the Amsterdam amateur club DWS. Then he went in 1969 as a 22 -year-old to Belgium for football club Bruges. Between 1971 and 1980 he played for RSC Anderlecht.
