This list of Simpsons episodes (season 1 ) contains all the episodes of the first season of the American animated television series The Simpsons, sorted by the U.S. Air Date. They were sent on 17 December 1989 to 13 May 1990 at the American broadcaster Fox. The German Free- TV premiere sent the public service broadcaster ZDF on 13 September to 13 December 1991.
