Through the Ashes of Empires is the fifth album by the American heavy metal band Machine Head. The album was released on 16 December 2003 via Roadrunner Records. Formation

Due to the disappointing sales of its predecessor, Supercharger, the band lost its contract with Roadrunner Records.
