Vadim Krasnoslobodtsev

Vadim Anatoljevich Krasnoslobodzew (Russian Вадим Анатольевич Краснослободцев; born August 16, 1983 in Ust- Kamenogorsk, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh professional ice hockey player who plays for Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in the Kontinental Hockey League.

Career

Vadim Krasnoslobodzew began his career in 1999 in the third Russian league in the second team Avangard Omsk of HK. In 2001, the striker for Russian club Mostowik Kurgan, where he played two seasons. Further stations were HK Mechel Chelyabinsk, Amur Khabarovsk, Barnaul engine, Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk and Kasachmys Satpajew since the 2003/ 04 season. From 2007 to 2013 he was active for Barys Astana of Kazakhstan in the Continental Hockey League. He then joined by nearly 250 KHL games for Astana league internally to Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod.

Internationally

For Krasnoslobodzew Kazakhstan took part in the junior level at the U18 Junior B World Cup 2001. In 2009, he was first appointed to the Senior National Team and took part in both the qualifying campaign for the 2010 Winter Olympics and at the World Championship of Division I. There, he was voted the best striker of the tournament after nine points scorer him were managed in five games. He also played for Kazakhstan six games at the World Cup in 2006, collecting two points scorer, including a goal. In the 2010 World Cup, he suffered with his country relegation, but the World Cup 2011 reached the direct promotion back to the top division at the tournament of Division I. Even after the descent at the World Cup in 2012, the his three goals could not prevent the Kazakh selection at the Division I tournament in 2013 he succeeded the immediate resurgence. During the qualifying tournament for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, which was held in Riga, he failed, however, with his team through a 2:3 defeat in the decisive match against the hosts.
