Vårgårda Municipality

Vårgårda is a municipality (Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish province of Västra Götaland County and the historic province of Västergötland. The main town of the municipality is Vårgårda.

History

North of the village is the burial ground Vårgårda Kyllinga - Kullen.

Prior to the merger of Älvsborgs County, Skaraborgs Göteborgs och Bohus Lan and Lan to Västra Götaland County Vårgårda belonged to the province Älvsborgs longer.
