The first FC Eschborn 1930 eV was established in 1930 football club from the Hessian town of Eschborn.

History

The football club was founded in 1930 became prominent only in the 2000s out of the shadows of the regional football events. Basis of this ascent was established by the travel agent Michael Kopp sponsors pool. Under the sporty line of former Iranian national player Ali Marzban succeeded in 2003 after only two years of premier league promotion to the Regionalliga Süd. There, the team initially proved to be too weak for the league, finished at the end of 17th place and rose again in the Oberliga Hessen. The following year (2005) but succeeded in the immediate promotion back to the Regionalliga Süd. After the descent followed up in the national league center in Hesse. Since the 2008/ 09 season Eschborn plays in the Oberliga Hessen.

The entry of Russian businessman Tofik Davidoff early January of 2006 seemed to provide an interim financial recovery of FCE in view. Davidoff investment should enable a radical restructuring of the Eschborner Regional squad. However Davidoff took a few weeks later his promise back after already the president and vice-president Karl Müller Markus book were resigned.
