1349 (Band)
1349 is a Norwegian black metal band that emerged from the band Alvheim 1997. Your name refers to the year 1349, in which the plague Norway struck and decimated the population, which ended, according to the group in Norway "golden age".
History
1998, recorded first demo and the first promo album ( Chaos Preferred, 1999) of 1349 were never published. Originally played vocalist Ravn also drums in this lineup the band but never entered on live.
In 2000 the band decided to record a new album and this Promo asked the Satyricon drummer Kjetil - Vidar "Frost" Haraldstad, to record the drums. He was so enthusiastic about the material and the band that he joined the band permanently.
