1938 World Men's Handball Championship
The first Men's Handball World Championship took place on 5 and 6 February 1938 at the German empire held under the auspices of the International Amateur Handball Federation ( IAHF ). World Champion was the German team that won all the games. The tournament was played in Round Robin mode. All games were held in Berlin Germany Hall, the game time was 2 x 15 minutes.
The four participating nations were the German Empire, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.
