1971 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships

The eighth Gymnastics European Championships of women found in 1971 in Minsk instead. The European Championships in their own country the Soviet Union could decide clearly with six gold medals for themselves. For the first time a gymnast from West Germany succeeded in moving into a final equipment.
