1973 All-Africa Games

The Pan-African Games in 1973 were the second edition of this sporting competition.

They were held until January 18, 1973 at the National Stadium the former Nigerian capital, Lagos, on January 7. Among the successful athletes include Ohene Karikari, Alice Annum and Modupe Oshikoya. The football tournament was won by hosts Nigeria.
