1991 Island Games
The Iceland 1991 Games were the fourth edition of the Games. They found from 23 to June 29, 1991 held in Åland. It was attended by around 1,500 athletes.

Prince Edward Iceland and Saaremaa took part for the first time. Compared to the last edition Hitra came not to, but Sark returned after 1987 back.
