2006 World Lacrosse Championship

The Warrior Lacrosse World Cup 2006 was held from July 13 to 22 in Ontario in London (Canada) instead. World Champion Team Canada was. The Championship was held between 21 nations, which has been a new record. The final was won with 15:10 of Canada against the United States before 7735 spectators. Round-robin tournament

In the group stage (Round Robin ) of the World Cup were the participating teams in four different divisions (blue, red, orange, yellow) divided depending on the strength of the team.

Finals

Depending on how each nation had played in their division, they played in the group stage to the final World Ranking. The Winner of the lower divisions play against poorly -placed teams from the Blue Division to the final position of the World Championship.
