2009–14 ICC World Cricket League

The ICC World Cricket League 2009-2013 is the second season of the ICC World Cricket League ( WCL ). It consists of eight global divisions that were established in the previous season and some regional tournaments. The divisions play sequentially and stepped roughly viewed from bottom to top in individual tournaments that are played in the ODI format. In each case, two climbers are determined, which are then allowed to compete in the next higher division at the next tournament. The conclusion to the World Cup Qualifier 2013, to be held in Scotland, form. Originally this should also be determined, the teams that will be participating alongside the Test nations at the Cricket World Cup 2015. This was, however, suspended by the ICC, since at this tournament only the 10 Test nations should participate. The decision has revised 2015 end of June 2011, so that Associate Members can qualify the ICC.

Participant

Eligible are basically the ' Associate ' and ' affiliate ' members of the ICC. These were grouped according to their strength in the preseason in the divisions. Below the eighth division, the Regional tournaments are then settled, with the top ranked to qualify for the worldwide divisions.

Indicated are the positions of the rankings without the ten full members of the ICC. The operators currently in positions 11 to 13 teams, like the ten full members anyway, out in the " One Day International " world rankings. All other teams are out in the five continental rankings.
