2009 Maccabiah Games

The 18th Maccabiah Games (Hebrew המכביה ה -18 ישראל תשס"ט ) was held in Tel Aviv from July 12 to July 24, 2009. During biggest sports festival of the Jews around 9000 athletes from 55 countries participated in the competition in 31 sports in part.

Main competition venue was the Ramat Gan Stadium.
