2010–11 CEV Champions League

The 2010/11 season of Volleyball Champions League began on 16 November 2010 with the group stage. 24 teams from 15 nations took part in the competition. From the German Bundesliga champions VfB Friedrichshafen and the runner- Generali Haching were represented; Austrian participants was the Hypo Tirol Volleyball Team Innsbruck.

Mode

In the group stage, there were six groups of four teams. Each team took home and away against each of the three counterparties. For a 3-0 or 3-1 win, there were three, for a 3-2 win and two for a 2:3 defeat a point. The top two teams in each group, as well as the best rates on points and third team, qualified for the playoffs. There they found in two rounds each with Home and Away match three participants for the Final Four. The host of the Final Four was directly qualified as the fourth participant in the group stage. The four best third of the first round played in CEV Cup on.

The games were held on 2nd and 9th February and on 2nd and 9th March 2011 (each ± one day).

Final Four

In the Final Four on March 26 and 27 in Bolzano Trentino BetClic played, which was determined after the completion of the group matches of the CEV as host, against the three qualified in the playoffs teams.
