2013–14 CEV Champions League

The 2013/14 season of Volleyball Champions League began on 22 October 2013, the group stage. 28 teams from 15 nations took part in the competition. German participants were the masters Berlin Recycling Volleys and the vice champions VfB Friedrichshafen. Austria was represented by Hypo Tirol Innsbruck and volleyball team Posojilnica Aich / Dob. Pallavolo Lugano approached for Switzerland.

Mode

In the group stage, there were seven groups of four teams. Each team took home and away against each of the three counterparties. For a 3-0 or 3-1 win, there were three, for a 3-2 win and two for a 2:3 defeat a point. The group winners and the best runners qualified for the playoffs. There they found in two rounds each with Home and Away match three participants for the Final Four. The host of the Final Four was directly qualified as the fourth participant in the group stage. The best do not qualify for the playoffs teams played in CEV Cup on.

Final Four

In the Final Four on 22 and 23 March in Ankara played Halkbank Ankara, which was determined after the completion of the group matches of the CEV, against the three qualified in the playoffs teams.
