4:99 is the fifth regular studio album by the Fantastic Four. It was released by Sony Music Entertainment on 26 April 1999, followed in 2002 by an LP version on the band's own record label Four Music. 2009 digitally reworked version of the album was released on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the stage band, which contains some remixes as bonus tracks.
Style and reception
On " 4:99 ", as on the previous albums, worked with The Fantastic Four sampling. The album made it as far only album of the Fantastic Four in Germany, Austria and Switzerland respectively at # 1, the first single " MfG " at # 2 on the charts.
