50 West Street

50 West Street is a skyscraper in New York City, whose construction began in mid-2008 and was discontinued in early 2009. On October 29, 2013, the construction was resumed.

Description

50 West Street is located in Lower Manhattan, right next to the new World Trade Center, where currently several high-rise buildings are built (including the 541 -meter-high One World Trade Center). The tower will be 239 meters high, which he would rank among the highest residential and hotel buildings in the city. It is planned to build a total of 301 residential units ( floors 15-63 ) and 139 hotel rooms ( floors 1-14 ). The hotel itself is intended to be run as a 5-star luxury hotel.
