9th Bavarian Reserve Division (German Empire)

The 9th Royal Bavarian Reserve Division was a federation of the Bavarian army in the German army during the First World War. The division was re-formed in September 1916 already standing on the Western Front Bavarian regiments and was one of about 40 in 1916, the newly established German divisions.
