The Belgian Highway 12, also on French Autoroute 12 and Dutch. Autosnelweg called 12 runs from the Dutch border near Zandvliet to Brussels. She is briefly interrupted on the Antwerp ring and ends on the Brussels Ring.

History

As part of a planned direct connection between the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam, the A12 was taken in the late 1950s in the planning process. The implementation was delayed due to investigations by various Trassierungsvarianten in the 1970s several times. Finally, the highway on 4 March 1993 was fully completed and opened.
