Abby Elliott
Abigail " Abby " Elliott ( born June 16, 1987 in New York City, New York ) is an American actress.
Life and career
Born in New York City Abby Elliott grew up in Wilton in the U.S. state of Connecticut. Her parents are the talent coordinator Paula Niedert and the comedian Chris Elliott. Her grandfather is the radio comedian Bob Elliott. Her sister is the actress Bridet " Bridey " Elliott. She attended Immaculate High School in Danbury. There, she participated in many school plays and musicals. After her graduation in 2005, she attended the Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, but she left this after the first semester to occur on Saturday Night Live. There, she was the youngest woman who had ever heard up to that point to the main cast.
Before Abby Elliott 2008 Main cast of Saturday Night Live came, they had already been to see for a short story arc in King of the Hill. 2011, she has held both a role in the movie Friends with Benefits or High Road. In mid-February 2012, she was hired for the lead role in the Fox series Ben and Kate. However, about a month later she got out of the project because she felt too young for the role. In August 2012, Elliott announced that she would not be returning to Saturday Night Live for four season. In this show, her father and her grandfather were already occurred. Early 2013, she worked for three episodes in How I Met Your Mother to see. She embodied a friend of the main character, Ted, played by Josh Radnor. Later in the year came another appearance in the series Happy Endings.
In August 2010 it was announced that Elliott had with their colleagues from Saturday Night Live, Fred Armisen, romantically involved. Their relationship ended in September 2011.
