Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ( Arab: شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية ) ( ADNOC ) is a company from the United Arab Emirates with its headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

The company is currently of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan passed. ADNOC is a state-owned company with over 90 percent share of the national oil and gas reserves in the country. ADNOC is one of the world's largest oil producer. The company was founded in 1971 and restructured in 1988.

Currently being built on a new headquarters, a 335 meter-high skyscraper in Abu Dhabi ( see ADNOC Headquarters).
