The Rio Acre is a right tributary of the Rio Purus in South America.

Course

The Rio Acre rises in the eastern slopes of the Peruvian Cordillera, in the La Montana. He is generally from the mouth to the Rio Chapury (480 miles), in the rainy season from January to MAY include further upward navigable. North of Rio Branco it empties into the Rio Purus.
