Albatros W.8

The Albatros W.8 was a German maritime reconnaissance aircraft, which was manufactured in 1918 by the Albatros Flugzeugwerke.

The hull of the biplane was performed in all- wood construction. Instead of a conventional tail unit, a T-tail was used, as it was already used by Heinkel in W.12. The water-cooled eight-cylinder engine from Benz transferred his power to a fixed two-bladed wooden propeller.
