Alessandro Bianchi (footballer born 1966)

Alessandro Bianchi ( born January 7, 1966 in Cervia ) is a retired Italian footballer.

Career

Bianchi began his career at AC Cesena in the Italian second division. He then moved to Calcio Padova, a season in Serie C, before he returned for another season for AC Cesena, who had previously been promoted to the Serie A.

In 1988 Bianchi to Inter Milan, where he played the next eight seasons and his greatest success. He was a regular force in the managed by Giovanni Trapattoni team which won the championship in 1989 and still today, " Inter dei Record" is called. In addition, Bianchi won with the Milanese twice the UEFA Cup once and the Italian Supercup. During his time with Inter, he brought it to nine appearances in the Italian national team.

In 1996, Bianchi returned again to Cesena, where he played the part in the B series partly in the C series and in 2001 ended his career.
