Alexandre Usov
Alyaksandr Ussau (White Russian Аляксандр Усаў, in result lists often after the French transcription Alexandre Usov, born August 27, 1977 in Minsk) is a Belarusian racing cyclist.
Alyaksandr Ussau his professional career began in 2000 with the Swiss team Phonak after he drove last year during the Post Swiss team as a stagiaire. His first stage victory he secured at the Tour de l' Avenir. There he could win a stage in the following year. He also won at the Niedersachsen- tour twice. He became the first and only time road champion of his country in 2002, decided again a stage of the Tour de l' Avenir for himself and one of the Tour du Poitou- Charentes. In the 2003 season, he won a stage at the Clasica Alcobendas. In his last year at Phonak he could again win a portion of the Valencia round trip. Since 2005 Ussau riding for the French ProTeam AG2R Prévoyance. His first victories he celebrated at the Vuelta a Castilla y León and the Hesse - tour. In addition, he finished second behind George Hincapie at the ProTour one-day race Grand Prix Ouest France.
