Alexei Koledayev

Alexei Nikolaevich Koledajew (Russian Алексей Николаевич Коледаев; born March 27, 1976 in Ust- Kamenogorsk, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh professional ice hockey player who stands since 2011 in Kaszink - Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk in the Wysschaja Hockey League contract.

Career

Alexei Koledajew began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk. From there he moved to Metallurg Novokuznetsk, for its professional team of defenders first aground in the 1995/96 season in the International Hockey League and then for nine years in succession their competition, the Russian Super League. He then spent two years playing for Sibir Novosibirsk Metallurgs League rivals HK before he spent the 2007/08 season with his hometown club Kaszink - Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk in the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league.

From 2008 to 2011 Koledajew played for Metallurg Novokuznetsk again, this time in the Kontinental Hockey League newly established. For the 2011/12 season he returned a second time back to Kaszink - Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk. The team from the new second Russian league, the Wysschaja Hockey League, he is team captain.

Internationally

For Kazakhstan Koledajew adopted the B World Championships in 1999 and 2011 and the A World Championships in 2005, 2006 and 2010 in part. In addition, he was in the squad of his country at the Olympic Winter Games in Turin in 2006 and the Asian Winter Games 2011. For the latter he won with his team the gold medal.
