Aliya Yussupova

Aliya Yusupova (Russian / Kazakh Алия Махсутовна Юсупова; born May 15, 1984 in Shymkent ) is a former Kazakh gymnast.

2004 Aliya Yusupova could qualify for the Olympic Summer Games in Athens, was fourth in the individual competition. At the Asian Games in Doha in 2006, she won the gold medal in the overall standings and in the team competition. At the Asia Championships 2006 in Surat, she won a total of six gold medals. In 2008 she took for Kazakhstan again at the Summer Olympics, where she won the 5th place.
