Amilcare Malagola

Amilcare Malagola ( born December 24, 1840 in Modena, Italy, † June 22, 1895 ) was Archbishop of Fermo and cardinal.

Amilcare Malagola was ordained priest on 19 December 1863. 1876 he was instituted by Pope Pius IX. appointed Bishop of Ascoli Piceno. The episcopal ordination on July 9, 1876 He received his Cardinal Filippo de Angelis. In 1877 he was appointed Archbishop of Fermo. Pope Leo XIII. took him in 1893 as cardinal priest with the titular church of Santa Balbina in Rome in the College of Cardinals to. He died at 54 years in office.
