Anastasia Pozdniakova

Anastasia Pozdniakova (Russian Анастасия Юрьевна Позднякова, born December 11, 1985 in Elektrostal ) is a Russian water jumper. It starts in the disciplines of art jumping from 1 m and 3 m- board and 3-meter synchronized diving.

Posdnjakowa participated in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing and won in part together with Julija Pacha Lina the silver medal in 3-meter synchro competition. In the same year they won gold at the 2008 European Championships together in Eindhoven and a year later bronze at the 2009 World Championships in Rome. Your first individual medal at the European Championships reached Posdnjakowa 2010 in Budapest, where she won the bronze medal from the 1 m- board and silver from the 3 m board. Together with Svetlana Filippowa she was also third in the 3-meter synchro competition.

Posdnjakowa living and studying in the U.S. at the University of Houston. It starts for the sports team of the University, the Houston Cougars.
