Andelva

The Andelva is a river in the Norwegian municipality Eidsvoll. It runs from the lake Hurdalssjen to Eidsvoll verk and on to the confluence with the materials of heading close Sundet.

At the Andelva is the hydroelectric plant Bønsdalen Kraftverk that takes advantage of the height difference of 19 meters between the Hurdalsjøen and the materials of heading for energy. The amount of water in the river is regulated. There are 4 other smaller hydropower plants ( Mago power plant ) along the Andelva. The power is 3 MW, the annual output 15 GWh. Operator is the Akershus Energi.

15 different types of fish in the river. There is good fishing, but by the time September 15 to May 1 is at the Andelva fishing ban.
