André Nascimento

André Nascimento ( born March 4, 1979 in São João de Meriti, Brazil) is a Brazilian volleyball player.

André Nascimento, who plays at a height of 1.99 m on the position of the external attacker, his professional career started in 1999 when Brazilian club Minas Belo Horizonte where he won to 2002 three Brazilian championships. After a two-year stay in the Greek tradition Panathinaikos Athens where Nascimento was able to win another time a championship, he moved on to São Paulo Wizard Suzano Trentino Volley to Italy.

With the Brazilian national team Nascimento won a total of eight titles. The major awards are the gold medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the World Cup 2002.
