André Rossignol

André Rossignol was a French racing driver.

André Rossignol was the first race car driver who won the 24 -hour race of Le Mans twice. In addition to Woolf Barnato he was in the 1920s, the most successful driver in this endurance race. For four years he was works driver at Lorraine -Dietrich and won the race in 1925 - with Gérard de Courcelles - and 1926 - with Robert Bloch - as each partner.

After the withdrawal of Lorraine -Dietrich from racing in 1927, Rossignol 1928 started as a factory driver from Chrysler France again at Le Mans. With Henri Stoffel as a partner he was 72 Six third overall on a Chrysler.
