André Wiwerink

André Wiwerink (* October 15, 1980 in New churches ) is a German football player. He is a defender and currently plays in the third division Sportfreunde Lotte.

Career

Wiwerink began his career in the youth teams of TuS St. Arnold and the New Learner churches. Later he undertook the FC Schalke 04 and let him play in his second team in the Oberliga Westfalen. From Schalke he then moved to Oberhausen at that Oberliga Nordrhein- Adler Osterfeld and then to 1.FC Kleve. From there he moved to second division side Rot-Weiss Essen. He arrived there on two missions in the 2nd Bundesliga, before then in 2005 a contract with the Wuppertal SV signed. There Wiwerink stayed for three years, over long distances as a regular player before was surprisingly not planned with him and he then his old Wuppertal coach Wolfgang Jerat the new NRW -division club SC Bonner joined. For the 2010/11 season Wiwerink joined the Regionalliga West Sportfreunde Lotte. There he completed in the next two years 67 games for the club, in which he scored four goals before it was announced on 30 May 2012 that Wiwerink will return to Wuppertal SV. For winter break, he left the Wuppertal SV but again, as President Friedhelm Runge all players admitted the possibility of a premature change due to lack of sporting success, and returned to Sportfreunde Lotte. There he was given a contract until 2014.
