Andrea Guerra (composer)

Andrea Guerra ( born October 22, 1961 in Santarcangelo di Romagna, Rimini, Italy ) is an Italian composer.

Biography

Andrea Guerra is the son of Italian poet and screenwriter Tonino Guerra authors. He studied in Bologna under Ettore Ballotta composition and moved to Rome, where he was able to establish itself as a film composer. Since his debut with a love of travel, a drama directed by Ottavio Fabbri and with Omar Sharif and Lea Massari in the lead roles, he has composed for both Italian productions such as The clueless, Lampedusa and Pius XII. as well as international productions as married Coincidentally, Letters to Juliet and Hotel Rwanda. For the latter he received in 2005, together with Rupert Gregson -Williams, a European Film Award for Best Film Music.
