Andrea Limbacher

Andrea Limbacher ( born July 25, 1989 in Bad Ischl ) is an Austrian freestyle skier. Early in her career she was alpine ski racer, but without notable success. In 2009 she moved to the freestyle skiing and specialized in the discipline of ski cross.

Biography

In December 2004 Limbacher participated in her first FIS races as a 15- year-old. The best result they achieved on 19 December 2008 in FIS super-G of the house in the Enns Valley with second place behind Kathrin Hölzl. In March 2007, she finished ninth in the downhill at the Austrian Championships. Her last Alpine race she contested in April 2009. According to the 2008/ 09 season they switched to the discipline of ski cross.

Limbacher launched on 22 December 2009 for the first time in the freestyle skiing World Cup and finished fourth in her first ski cross races in Innichen immediately eleventh place.
