Andreas Beutler

Andreas Beutler ( born January 26, 1963) is a former Swiss ice hockey player and current coach who has played during his active career, among other things, for the SC Bern of the National League A and with the city of Berne three times won the Swiss championship.

Career

The acting on the position of the defender Andreas Beutler played in 1981 for the SC Bern of the National League A. Beutler, who had quickly established itself as a regular player, rose in his debut season with the Bernese into the National League B. The 1984/85 season he spent at EHC Basel in the National League B. He then returned to SC Bern, with the 1986 at the green table managed to rise again in the National League A. The City Club of Berne, he won in the 1988/89 season, his first Swiss Championship under head coach Bill Gilligan. It was followed by the title wins in 1991 and 1992.
