Andreea Răducan

Andreea Mădălina Răducan ( born September 30, 1983 in Bârlad, Vaslui county ) is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast. She was several times World Champion and won with the Romanian team at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, the team all-around. Also in Sydney, she was Olympic champion in the individual all-around, this medal but had to leave again because of a doping offense.

Life

Răducan began at the age of four years with the gymnastics. In 1999, she was the first to win a title at international championships. It was in Tianjin World Champion with the team as well as on the ground and won silver on beam.
