Andrzej Mikołaj Dera

Mikołaj Andrzej Dera ( born September 10, 1961 in Ostrow Wielkopolski ) is a Polish lawyer, politician, local politician and since 2005 member of the Sejm in the V. and VI. Election period.

He finished his studies in law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Until 1998 he was employed in the local self-government. From 1999 to 2002 he was Wejher powiat Ostrowski ( Wielkopolska ). Later he worked in a private corporation. From 1998 to 2005 he was county council this Powiats.

In the 2005 parliamentary elections, he was with 7,520 votes on the list of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) elected for the constituency 36 Kalisz in the Sejm. In the 2007 parliamentary elections he won with 13,190 votes again a parliamentary mandate for the PiS. He is Deputy Chairman of the Sejm commissions for the Commission for constitutional responsibility legislation and Member.

From 10 July 2007 to November 4, 2007 he was a member of the Council for the Public Sector.
